Rise

This is where you start going beyond survival mode and begin to get some real clarity on your situation - emotionally, practically, and personally.

• In 6 sessions over 3 months, we tackle the urgent things first - the thoughts that are keeping you up at night, the situations at work that are becoming harder to manage, the decisions you keep circling without being able to land on. In each session, we start with whatever is most pressing for you that week. 

• 2 of your sessions use Symbolic Coaching - Tarot and visual arts as tools to go deeper than conversation alone can take you. These tend to be the sessions where something shifts and start looking at your life in new ways.

• The WhatsApp support means that when something happens between sessions, you have somewhere to put it. You do not have to manage it alone, and you do not have to wait.

Rise is for you if you already know you need more than a quick check-in, but you are not sure you are ready to commit to the full 4 months just yet. It gives you enough time and depth to move through the immediate chaos and come out the other side with a clearer head and a steadier footing.
