That was what I learnt during my depression, when I was an arts educator who lost everything - my marriage, job and self. In an age where Google, Youtube and self-help books were the only available resources I had, I coached myself out of my depression. It took 10 long years. 

In the course of my work as a life coach, I came across many women who were not just divorcing educators, but also expats who faced unique challenges as they navigate this difficult life event. And I thought my divorce was bad.

Which is why I do what I do now - extending support and help to expat educators going through divorce, to help them keep it together as their world falls apart.
