When it comes to your own life, you put on an armour of strength just to get through the day. Slowly, you spend less and less time remembering who you really are inside. Less time hearing your heart whisper those calls for help: “I’m tired… just so tired."
The exhaustion isn’t because you have too many things to do. It’s because you stopped looking inwards to find your own strength.
This 6-week expressive arts course isn't about gratitude journals or positive affirmations. It's about creating something real with your own hands, from the inside-out. Maybe you can’t find hear the words of your soul anymore, but it will speak to you through your own beautiful works of art.
No artistic talent required! Just honesty, willingness, and being tired enough of putting yourself at second place.

Fees: $888 @$148/session (or pay $296 x 3)
Format: 1-on-1 online via Zoom
Duration: 6 sessions (90 minutes each)
